Human Elements Consulting

Human Elements Consulting

Before we talk

You have a short call booked with Sam. This page exists so that call can start somewhere useful, rather than with fifteen minutes explaining what we do.

You probably said one of these

The five moments where people problems actually show up

Attract & Recruit

“It's so hard to find good people.”

Onboard & Engage

“We bring people in, but they don't stay.”

Manage & Develop

“Managers just don't manage.”

Reward & Retain

“We keep losing our best people.”

Offboard & Transition

“Every time someone leaves, it's chaos.”

The four elements

What actually gets put in place. The product that carries them is PeopleOS

Pe

People

Your HR expert

Hiring, onboarding, performance, and the employee conversations nobody wants to handle alone.

Pr

Process

Your strategy

Handbooks, policy and documentation. Usually the part that lives in somebody's head.

Pl

Platform

Your software

Managed payroll and HRIS, run on isolved.

Pf

Performance

Your results

Manager consistency, so the same situation is handled the same way at every location.

What Human Elements is not

Worth being direct about, because these three get confused constantly

Not a PEO

We are frequently the reason a company leaves one. We do not co-employ your staff, and we hold no authority to hire, fire or bind the business.

Not a broker

Benefits administration only. You keep your own broker and your own relationships. We do not sell or underwrite insurance.

Not a project consultancy

The model is embed and stay, not consult and leave. Month to month, no lock in.

What the call actually is

Fifteen minutes, and it is a fit conversation rather than a pitch meeting.

Sam will ask how many people you have, how many states they sit in, and who handles HR today. That is usually enough to tell whether this is worth either of your time.

If it is not a fit he will say so on the call. If it is, the next conversation is a longer one where the specifics get worked out.

Worth thinking about beforehand

Nothing to prepare, but this is what the conversation turns on

  • Roughly how many hours a week does HR take across you and your team right now?
  • Who picks it up when something difficult happens with an employee?
  • If you have people in more than one state or location, where does that get messy?
  • What changed recently that made this worth a conversation?
“When the right elements come together, there's nothing your team can't accomplish.”
